I am an integrative, relational Counselling Psychologist and draw on therapeutic approaches such as, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Humanistic and Relational Psychotherapy, Systemic Therapy and Transactional Analysis.

I have a special interest in long-term health conditions and sight loss.
I am RNIB accredited in offering Counselling for Sight Loss.

Experience
As a Counselling Psychologist I have worked with many clients in both NHS and community-based services, before setting up my private practice.
I also bring to my therapeutic work, many years of experience working as a qualified teacher within the education sector, helping to facilitate positive outcomes for individuals.
I am a veteran and support the Armed Forces community.
