I’m Dr Rosie Parry, a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Counselling Psychologist and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
As a Counselling Psychologist, your mental health and wellbeing is important to me and through psychological therapy, I’m here to help you manage or overcome any issues you may have so you can lead a fulfilled and meaningful life.

Therapeutic Approach
In my therapeutic approach with you, we will explore the issues you are having and develop a shared understanding about them. This could include understanding how early life experiences have shaped you or understanding the impact and meaning of more recent life experiences e.g. diagnosis of a long-term health condition.
As a Counselling Psychologist, I draw on theories and ideas from different therapy models which I can integrate to meet your individual therapeutic needs and goals.
